Frequently Asked Questions
1. I completed my purchase but did not receive a license or key. How do I get one?
With our new 'auto-key injection system', once your payment has been completed, a page appears that says 'Congratulations' across the top of it. Once you click on the 'Finish' button, this page will close and your license key will automatically be delivered to your software program. That's it! Your program is unlocked and ready for your use.
2. I still am receiving the screens that tell me to purchase a license, but I have an order confirmation email. How do I obtain a new key?
Note: You will need to be connected to the Internet for this process to complete.
  1. Please open the program that you have purchased.
    (If the program is already running, please close then re-open it).
  2. On Opening, the program will present with a screen offering you a button for 'Customer Service'. Please click this.
  3. Please enter your Purchase Number in the top field. This number is found in your email order confirmation that you have received. Please enter your Password in the lower field
    Note: The password is the one that was used on the order form.
  4. Click 'Get reissue'. Be sure you are still connected to the internet.
  5. Your software will contact our servers and a license key will be inserted directly into your program.
On completion of steps 1 thru 5, the program will be fully licensed and ready for use.
